Ending of the tour

Ellie have a plan for us, she told me by the walkie-talkie. I will go to the control room and Ellie will distract the raptors. I guess that plan when well, because when I went out, there's no raptor. I directly went to the control room to turn the power on, also to do the mission, stopping the ship. On the way to the control room, I met Gennaro. We continue our journey together.

In the control room, the kids were out, raptors were there! I immediately ask Gennaro to take the kids and activate the system, while I will distract the raptors. I think, and think, and think, and I know how to solve this problem. I make the raptors follow me to the fertilization room, and I injected poison from the syringes into some eggs and rolled the eggs towards the raptor when they came in the door. Two raptors died when they ate the egg, for the other one, I inject it with a syringe of poison. At last, the 3 raptors died.

I immediately came back to the control room, and help the others. The system was already back on, Tim was success to turn the power back on, the ship was stopped too. Soon, Ellie, Muldoon, Harding have come back, Gennaro have call the helicopter and later they will bomb the Island.

Before the island is bombed, I would like to travel around the island. So together with Ellie, Gennaro and Muldoon we take a trip around the island. We wanted to find the velociraptor's nest. After awhile, we stopped and when down onto the ground and pushed himself backwards into the hole, the velociraptor's hole. I watched the raptors moving. Suddenly, they stop, and they began to run again, they when out on the shore of the Pacific Ocean, and I know, that's how they escape. They are behaving like birds, they wanted to migrate. Before looking at anything, someone from the helicopter ask us to go up. They were going to bomb the Island.

From above, I can see the raptors there, and the Island was bombed. I saw everyone there, but I didn't saw Hammond, as I ask to Malcolm, I knew what had happened, Hammond died. We continue our journey and I went back to Montana.

Journey ...

RAWRRRR

There's a dilophosaur ahead of us. This dilpohosaur are the one who spit poison. Luckily, I found out something strange, there's 2 dilophosaur, and they're different! One was smaller and the color of its skin was also different! I think they're dating there, because they're female and male! In a zip I found the answers to pass through them, I ask the kids to lie down and don't move or say a single thing. I pushed the raft down, and we passed the animals without being killed. I was wondering now, because this silly raft was moving very fast. Suddenly, I saw an ending, it was the waterfall! I hope I don't die now.... Yet I'm correct, it's a waterfall. We went down the waterfall, and we all were separated. I fell on the cold water, and I passed a huge hind leg of the tyrannosaur. I try to save myself, and yes I'm save. I found Tim, but we both didn't found Lex.  After searching, at last we found Lex. 

We then continue our journey, we went up next to the waterfall and I found a path. This path was disappeared behind the waterfall.In the path, I found a door and i tried to enter. I entered and saw an electrical car, it was the maintanance car. When I wanted to went out, I saw a velociraptor. I shot him with a tranquillizer gun which knocked him out. Then i went out, Tim and Lex were safe, and they said that just now, a rex is trying to kill Tim, but luckily Tim was not killed.

Using the car, we started our journey to the visitor center, we still have a mission because the ship is not yet stopped. We went to the Visitors' Center, everything there were broken. I took the walkie-talkie from a dead guard and try to search for others. Ellie answered the walkie-talkie and ask me to help them to turn on the power, because Nedry turn it off and he's now dead. Everyone is trying to turn it on, but no one has succeed. I met Muldoon afterward. He told me that the raptors were everywhere. I ask the kids to go with Dr Wu and I will try to turn on the power. I went inside the generator building, and i do every instruction Wu told me. The generator started to work, but everything were not yet normal. We need to set it up from the control room. I tried to go back to the control room, but raptors were everywhere. 

Then....

Oh NO !

After a couple of noise, we saw something strange. We saw a dinosaur ! It's a Tyrannosaur rex. It was between the two vehicles. Both Me and Malcolm is afraid. I can't see anything, it was all dark, but i can see that the rex is heading to the first land-cruiser. Also, I hear voices, and I know that something when wrong, because by the time I looked at the other land-cruiser, it was gone. Malcolm was panic, and he immediately ran out from the car. I don't know what happen to Malcolm, but I think something when wrong, because i can hear voices of dinosaur's jaw. I didn't see what happened, but everything when dark. When I woke up, I try to search for Tim and Lex, I found Tim at first, then I found Lex. It was dark in Jurassic Park, we try to find saver place, and at last, we found a shed. It was the sauropod's shed, we stay there for the night.

In the morning, when I woke up, the kids were feeding the baby triceratops.Then we went for a walk, but the tyrannosaur appear again. Tim told me that there's the inflatable raft in the shed. Then we went back to the shed and take an inflatable raft, a map, and some tranquilizer darts with the gun. We started to walk to the jetty using a tunnel, I saw that the rex was sleeping, I gace signal to the children so they will not move. I inflated the raft, but suddenly, Lex cough, and the adult rex woke up. Three of us immediately jump to the raft, and I row the boat as fast as I could. The rex try to come to us, but he didn't anymore. Suddenly....

Tour Time :D

Regis took the visitors road which came from a garage under the control center, two large vehicles came up from the garage and stopped in front of them. Surprisingly, there were no drivers at all! In the vehicle, there's a speaker in the wall, it talks! Regis told us that there were 30 of these land-cruisers, they run on electricity, the electricity was from the rail, and so the vehicle cannot leave from the main visitors' road. There are also 2 petrol vehicles, jeeps, which was used if they have to. 

In the first land-cruiser, me, Ellie, Gennaro, and  Malcolm was there, Regis and Tim and Lex was in the other land-cruiser. We can speak to each other by using the walkie talkie, and to the Control Room using a radio linked. Tim found a srange-looking pair of goggles in his land-cruisser. He was very excited. They saw dinosaurs during the tour, like hypsilophodontids, dilophosaurs, triceraptops. There were also tyrannosaur, but it won't come out, so the system give a goat to make the dinosaur came out. The T-Rex then came out, the goat is eaten by the T-Rex in just a blink. They started the tour again, and Tim saw a young velociraptor! The velociraptor is bigger than the one he saw in the nursery room. As they started the tour again, they saw a stegosaur lying down, it was sick. Regis told us that Dr. Harding has tranquillized it. We all went out from the car, and try to see the sick stegosaur. Ellie try to look at the animal's eye and tongue. She predict that maybe it's poisoned by the berries in the bushes. Then, I found something strange, I saw pieces of egg-shell.I knew it, the dinosaurs are BREEDING :s . I thought, maybe when they're looking for the eggs, they accidentally eat the poisonous berries. Dr. Harding was surprised, Ellie still want to figure out about the stegosaur, so we went our separate ways, I'm with Malcolm in the 2nd land-cruiser, while Tim and Lex and Regis used the other one. Then, we continue our tour. Suddenly, Tim and Lex shouted, they said that they saw 3 velociraptor in the ship . Malcolm and I didn't believe it, so we check it out, and yes, there's velociraptors in the ship, Regis saw it too. 

Now, It's our mission to STOP the ship, we have only 18 hours to stop the ship, and it took approximately 15 minutes to go to the control room, it's up to us to do it or not, and we pick to DO it !

Oh no! In our way, the vehicle suddenly stop, Regis said maybe it's just resetting, and maybe it only takes a couple minutes, but believe it or not, it took more than that, it stopped for a long, long time. Suddenly, came a thundering sound,

 what is it? Is it lightning? Or is it something else? What is it?

Looks of Control Room

This is the hat I get :D

Then we're back to the control room, Nedry was still working in the computer, and Arnold is going to show us how to control Jurassic Park and all the animals there. Next to Arnold, was a huge map on a piece of glass, it was the map of the whole island. He told us that there were a total of 238 dinosaurs in the park, we can check it from the computer, it counts all the animals in each species every 15 minutes. We can also know the height of the dinosaurs. Gennaro is wondering, what would happen if the dinosaurs have escape. If the dinosaurs escape, he has all kinds of tranquillizer guns which will work on different sizes of animals, they will know them down and make them sleep, dinosaurs were expensive to make, so Mr.Hammond don’t want to hurt them, explained Muldoon. Then, Regis came to us, they give us each a baseball cap, there was a badge with a picture of dinosaur and the words: JURASSIC PARK. Then we all went down the stairs to start the tour of the park.

Dinosaurs were made ...

From the Visitors' Center, we all, excluding Hammond. when passed a sign saying: NO ENTRY AUTHORIZED PEOPLE ONLY. We were going to the control room. As soon as we went in, Regis told us that the whole island is controlled from the first floor of this building.

Amber Stone

In the control room, there's John Arnold, the chief engineer, he is thin and was wearing a white coat. Robert Muldoon, the park warden was in the control room too. Usually, there's Dr Harding, the vet, but now he's out in the park looking after a sick animal. Regis told us that we'll going to come back to the control room after we see how to make the dinosaurs.

 Soon, we reached a door with a sign saying: EXTRACTIONS. Regis used a security card to unlock the door, then we all went inside a room. This room is small, many microscopes were there, also yellow stones. We're introduced with a short man, about 30 years old, he's Wu, Henry Wu, the chief geneticist. Both me and Ellie asked Wu about the dinosaur DNA, and he explained. So, everything begins with the yellow stone, amber. Long time ago, the sap of trees were hardened and then fossilized. and sometimes the sticky sap caught insects before it's fossilized. Some of those insects had fed on animals like dinosaurs, and dinosaur's blood is inside these insects. The blood from the insects were taken, then the blood will be extracted , then dinosaur DNA will be collected. Before that, the DNA were not yet completed, so Wu use the Cray XMP supercomputers to repair the DNA chains. Wu told us that only some of the DNA chains were missing, but it took us many weeks to find , while it only takes few hours for this computer to find it. I wonder what type of dinosaurs they were making, but when I asked Wu, he don't eve know, he told me that he couldn't know what dinosaur it is, he need to wait until the dinosaurs were born.

Inside the egg

Then, he took us to a door with a sign saying: FERTILIZATION. In there, Wu told us about the dinosaur embryos, it's putted into special eggs, and the special shells of the eff and also the temperature of the room. He also told us about the syringes with poison in them, it is use to kill animal when it goes wrong. After that, he took us into a room with a sign saying: HATCHERY. It was super hot in here, and rows of eggs were lying on shelves. Wu told us that this is the room where the eggs hatch and the dinosaurs were born. Only about 0.4% of the egg were hatch into living dinosaurs, and now there's 238 dinosaurs alive in this park. In the Nursery room, there's a velociraptor in one incubator, this raptor then became Tim's new friend. Now, it's still friendly, but later, not anymore. Wu told us that the dinosaurs here doesn't breed. From the nursery room, we all went back to the Control Room, we all wanted to see how the Control Room works !

In the Safari Lodge ...

I still wonder how they make dinosaurs, but I didn't ask Hammond first, because he told us that later, about 20 minutes from now, we will going to take a tour. Both around the park and around the control room.

When we arrive in the bottom of the hill, we're asked to take a rest in the Safari Lodge. Both me and Ellie remember the plans which Hammond had sent them, but the real one, it looks NOTHING like it. The buildings were NOT the same. The windows were small and there are bars over them, the door are made of metal. There are bars over the skylight. What I thought about the room is a , PRISON ! What makes me think this is like a prison is because there's a fence made from thick metal bars around the lodge. The real one DOESN'T look the same, and I WANT and MUST know why .

Inside the safari lodge, there's a visitor center. I and Ellie met Malcolm, Regis, Gennaro, Nedry and Hammond again there. Together we went to a room where there was an exhibition. Chairs and pictures were everywhere. I saw  a big sign saying: WHEN DINOSAURS RULED THE EARTH. Then, we sat down on the chair. 

Suddenly, a helicopter landed, Regis went to meet the people. 2 children came out, they were a boy and a girl. They're Hammond's grandchildren, Tim and Lex Murphy. Then, both Tim and Lex talk and walk with Ellie and me.

WELCOME TO JURASSIC PARK !



Jurassic Park, here I come !

A man with a baseball cap, Ed Regis welcomes us to the island. He was the publicity manager. I was excited in here, I looked around, and suddenly, I saw a tall, curved tree trunk in the distance. I wondered about it, because this strange-looking tree trunk don't have any leaves, also it was taller than the other trees around. I watch that seriously, and guess what, it moves ! When I observe it again, I knew what it really is, it's a dinosaur. Ellie was shocked. Gennaro know what Hammond has been up to, but he didnt believe that it's real. I was feeling strange, I still can't belive that I was looking a real-live dinosaur. I wonder how he make all of this.

As we went down the hill, we passed a sign which said: WELCOME TO JURASSIC PARK. Malcolm told me that my life here would be different, because I'm going to study living dinosaurs, not the bones of dead one. I'm still surprise, how can Hammond make a real live dinosaurs? Where do he get all the dinosaurs DNA ? In my head, I have a bunch of questions about it. I am very curious, so i ask Hammond, how do he make all of these. He explained me all about it, he told me that the genetic engineers are making new discoveries about DNA and they have found the way how to make it...

Going to Isla Nublar

As I told you before, I’m invited to go to Hammond’s island, Isla Nublar, near Costa Rica. I will go to Isla Nublar with Ellie, Hammond, Gennaro, and Malcom.  Gennaro is a lawyer in InGen Incorporated, he is Hammond’s best friend, he know what Hammond is making in Isla Nublar, but he has never seen it before. Malcolm is a mathematician, he is famous for his chaos theory. I don’t really like Gennaro, i don't know why. In the plane, i was curious about Malcom's theory, and what he think between Isla Nublar and his theory. He explained to me that according to his opinion about what will happen in Hammond's island. He said that chaos theory us about all unpredictable changes we find in complex system. He explained me the connection between his theory and Isla Nublar, he said that Hammond's island is unpredictable, so things will happen that no one can predict, and things will go wrong and they will continue to go wrong.



My journey to Jurassic Park

It was friday now, Hammond's plane landed at San José, the biggest city in Costa Rica. We all got into the helicopter. Another man came in, it was Dennis Nedry, the computer expert. Nedry was going to the island to sort out some bugs in the computer system.  Isla Nublar is 160 km away, and it took us 45 minutes to see the island.  Fog was all over the island. The island is about 12 km long and 5 km wide, the hills there was about 600m high, which is near the helipad.  We went down through the fog and landed on top of one of the hills. At last, we arrive in Isla Nublar .

Who am I?



This is me ! Fantastic huh ?


Hi! My name is Alan Grant, you can call me Grant. I am a paleontologist, a scientist who studies the history of life on Earth. Usually, I am working with Ellie Sattler, a paleobotanist, who studies about plants from the time of dinosaurs. We work together, I search for fossils of dinosaurs, and Ellie try to find out about the plants that the dinosaurs eat.  

One day, a ,man from the EPA come to me and Ellie's place, in Montana, USA. This guy named Morris ask us about John Hammond, our boss, he said that the EPA is curious about what he did. Hammond is a millionaire, he give us $30 000 for what both me and Ellie research about dinosaurs, because he LOVES dinosaurs. Also, Hammond ask me to visit his island, Isla Nublar, near Costa Rica. He bought this island 10 years ago. He ask me and Ellie to be consultants for three days, and he'll pay us each $60 000 , and I agreed.

He then fax me the map of the island, it sure looks interesting and different from other resorts and animal park. I really can't wait to see how it really looks like :D
